Matt’s thorough understanding of the business comes from a career that began in the field, making him uniquely qualified to advise clients on a wide range of environmental compliance issues. He has enjoyed a career of continuous growth; starting as a Monitoring Technician, transitioning into the roles of Supervisor, Facility Manager and Division Director. He has previously worked for Jones & Neuse and ARI Environmental.

With over 25 years of experience, Matt has successfully implemented highly intensive LDAR programs for chemical and energy customers across the United States. He has extensive knowledge negotiating Consent Decree's and has developed Environmental Programs at over 50 different facilities throughout the country, including refineries owned by ExxonMobil, Shell, Marathon Oil, Sinclair Oil, Valero, Delek, Flint Hills Resources and Navaho Refining.

Recognized as an expert in Leak Detection and Repair, Matt is actively engaged in the environmental community. He is a Senior Advisor to the Air & Waste Management Association Gulf Coast Chapter and served as Secretary for the 2017 term. Matt has served as Co-Chair for the International Society of Automation (ISA) LDAR Fugitive Emissions Symposium from 2012 – 2018 and is a 2018 Track Chair for the 4C Health, Safety and Environmental Conference. He is a member of the American Fuel and Petrochemicals Manufacturers (AFPM).
